A party is a great way to celebrate the end of the year and to welcome the festive season, and a party with heart to match is perfection itself. Ask the 90 plus animal lovers who attended the Dogs, Donkeys and Disco party at Greyton’s beautiful Fiore venue on Friday, 5 December. What a blast!

A party for the animals
This roof raiser was the combined effort of EARS Donkey Sanctuary and Greyton Animal Welfare Society to raise much needed funds for our ongoing rescue and rehabilitation work. Attendees were welcomed with a complimentary glass of bubbly and Fiore created a special menu for the night, which included their legendary pizzas.
The event was open to all ages and many parents brought their young children to join in the fun. After a brief introduction by EARS marketing manager Toni, legendary Greyton DJ Gus opened the dance floor. Whether you were 70 or 7, Gus had music just for you and the floor was packed. Several fun spot prizes were also handed out courtesy of sponsors Lismore Wines, Mulberry Gifts, EberVet Vetshop and Caledon Vet.A huge Christmas hamper and live tree raffle was one by Greyton newbie, Mel Warnicker.

A party like no other was the general consensus and there will definitely be more!
